Write for us
We welcome original pitches that help readers think clearly about values, priorities, personal plans, reflection, or life transitions. Send proposals through the Contact page rather than submitting an unsolicited full draft.
What makes a strong pitch
Tell us the central question, the useful idea a reader will take away, and why the subject fits Select Future Guide. A focused comparison, an explanation of a planning concept, or a grounded reflection on changing direction can all work well when the angle is specific and the scope is manageable.
Keep it grounded
Pitches should offer original wording, distinguish personal perspective from factual claims, and avoid promises of transformation. We are not looking for generic motivation, professional advice, disguised promotion, or pieces that depend on unsupported statistics.
How to send a proposal
Use the Contact page, choose the editorial option, and include a working title, a short outline, and a little context about your approach. Please mention whether the idea has been published elsewhere. A proposal is not a guarantee of publication.
A direction is chosen, then chosen again
Plans are useful when they leave room for real life. We favour clear questions, modest steps, and the freedom to revise.
